Your pack shipment

Shipping includes handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to total weight or dimensions of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed. With-in that time frame we urge you to frequently check your email, so that any questions we may have about your purchase can be answered.

Shipping time also depends on availability of certain product and in many cases particularly body parts and special performance parts are not in stock at manufacturers location and some time is needed for manufacturing process.

Shipping time also depends on product availability (out of stock, backorder and special order items) and your location. If parts are out of stock, on back order or discontinued you are also notified shortly after your order and your payment refunded unless you want to purchase some other items instead.

WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ITEMS IN STOCK AT OUR LOCATION!!!  ALL PARTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURERS OR OUR SUPPLIERS AND/OR SHIPPING FORWARDERS!

If customer decides to cancel order after parts have already been ordered, we charge 25% restocking fee!

We accept complaints about damaged or defective parts only for 14 days (weekends included) after delivery was made. If complaint is made within this time frame parts can be replaced for free or for partial charge. If we are notified about the damage after 14 days (weekends included) customer has to pay for new parts and shipping!


Parts are considered in stock if in stock by manufacturers or suppliers. Smaller parts can take from few days to a few weeks before they are ready to ship out. No general rule can be applied here. 

Please note that ALL of the KOREAN made products are shipped from Korea by either manufacturers or one of our several suppliers. 

ALL U.S. made products are also shipped by manufacturers or our U.S. shipping forwarder. 

Parts made in Europe are shipped either directly from manufacturers or by us. Certain exceptions may apply to all mentioned options.

If you are ordering bigger quantities of one product (more than 1) please contact us for correct shipping quote. All prices displayed are for one product if not stated otherwise. For any kind of info please contact us using our contact form. 

TuscaniCustoms is not responsible for any import taxes and customs fees! Customer is responsible to pay all import duties!

We ask that you research your product thoroughly before making your purchase as some products can not be returned!
