Maintec 2.0/2.4 Headers

Maintec 2.0/2.4 Headers 4-2-1 system for Optima K5 2011-2015 are precision bent on CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are also CNC machined, Jun B.L machine-grind the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. State-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system made.

Features: Available in 100% race-type SUS-304 semi-brushed stainless steel, CNC mandrel bends with robotically-welded fittings, perfect fit equal length primary piping ensures optimum tuning, unique merge collector design ensures smooth exhaust gas flow, all necessary hardware needed for install included.
