Maintec 4-2-1 header system and downpipe is constructed using CNC mandrel bends and machined flanges and TIG-welds for the ultimate in performance. Laser guided flange seal ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system made. Increased torque can be offered during mid and high speeds. 43mm - 51mm - 61mm layout can support even highcam installed vehicles.

Manifolds and downpipe is offered in two pieces for easier access and installation. End part of down pipe which meets the stock exhaust is 60,5mm in outside diameter as inside is 42,7mm. OEM header gasket included!
Notes: This system is bolt-on and eliminates the use of stock catalytic converters. An aftermarket catalytic converter may be required for driving on public streets. Please check your local laws before ordering. Please remember that this header has only one O2 sensor plug. It needs to be modified depending on your country's specification. These is one more o2 sensor plug supplied with the headers and it can be welded like seen on some pictures.
Down pipe is actually to short and it doesn't reach exhaust so like 11" or 30 cm of pipe has to be added. 3 bolt flange can be cut off, cat installed there and new o2 bung added behind the cat so readings are correct. Wire for this sensor doesn't need to be extended, exhaust shop can simply unbolt subframe and put the wire under it. Bung which was already welded on from maintec was only plugged. This is one way on how these headers can be installed but of course every exhaust shop can do it differently.
Down pipe has 3 bolt flange on the end where it meets the stock or aftermarket exhaust and exhaust has 2 bolt flange so you will either have to modify down pipe or exhaust!
