BBfab Splitter Kit

BBfab is proud to present its all new Genesis Coupe front splitter and side skirts package. The extended design helps to improve aerodynamic downforce by creating a low pressure area on the lower side of the splitter. Furthermore these parts add a nice amount of racing look to your car. The base material is a solid composite of a polyethylene core wrapped in two layers of aluminum. All stainless steel installation hardware plus installation guidelines including pictures are included in the kit. The splitter itself has pre-drilled holes for installation hardware. Also included in the set is a premium rubber edge protection liner in appropriate length.

The parts have a white primer finish, but painting is possible for additional cost. The kit fits both stock bumper as well as bumper with additional lip like M&S. In case of a bumper lip, the lip shouldn't be lower as the underbody plastics that are below the oil pan. In case of stock bumper, there'll be a gap between the splitter and the bumper unless you're adjusting the angle of the splitter from parallel floor level to an upward angle.

The included installation hardware is qualified for up to 180 kmh (111 mph). Higher speed can cause flutter caused by interference. Additional mounting points between the center and the outer ones will fix this. (e.g. 2 screws per side that hold the splitter to an aftermarket lip) The kit can be ordered with only front splitter or sideskirts or the whole package. Side skirts are available in standard width of 18cm.
